Chairperson
Monique is Chad’s sister who is the person behind the creation of the Foundation. A PE Teacher, former Vocational Trainer and Assessor for Australian Training
Company, ARL/Parramatta Eels Schools Development Officer and Trainee-ship Co-coordinator for Australian Sports Industry Group Training Company, Monique’s wealth of experience across the teaching and sporting fields.
Monique is responsible for leading the Foundation into delivering on its long-term goals of being able to provide education programs, mental health services &
programs, career transition programs and to be a support network to athletes who are in need and be a pioneering foundation who will collaborate and unite the
Australian sporting World.
Her current role within the Foundation is setting and implementing our direction and strategy.

Trent is the Principal Broker at Titan Finance where he works with an extensive client base and their service providers (real estate agent, conveyancer and lender) during the purchasing process, while ensuring he obtains the finance that best suits your circumstances and needs.
Trent has a Diploma in Financial Services which enables him to provide Finance & Mortgage Broking services to clients across Australia. Regardless of whether you are buying your first property or you are an experienced investor Trent through his
professional approach to assess your needs and structure the appropriate Finance Solutions. Many of Trent’s clients are current and ex professional athletes.
His current role within the Foundation is Financial and investment advice.

Dr Louis Shidiak
Director

HIP AND KNEE SURGERY, SPORTS INJURIES
Dr Louis Shidiak is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty interests in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty (anterior hips), Hip preservation and sports injuries including Hip Arthroscopy.
Dr Shidiak graduated medicine (MBBS) from the University of Sydney and spent his junior years at Liverpool hospital. His undergraduate degree was Physiotherapy (B. Appl Science) which he practiced for five years rehabilitating orthopaedic and sports injuries highlighted by work with soccer and athletes at the 2000 Olympics. He completed advanced orthopaedic training (FRACS-Orth) in Sydney and followed this with fellowships in Sydney (lower limb arthroplasty) and Switzerland (Hip preservation surgery). Dr Shidiak has numerous publications in well-respected journals (including Clinical orthopaedics and related research CORR).
Dr Shidiak special interests are Hip surgery including arthroscopic (key-hole) surgery of the hip and minimally invasive anterior Hip replacements which he has had fellowship training in (this technique allows early recovery). He also treats young adults with hip pathology that is amenable to preservation. Such treatments include pelvic re-orientation, hip arthroscopy and safe surgical dislocation to address joint pathology and delay the onset of arthritis. Dr Shidiak is the Doctor to the Parramatta Eels rugby league club and Wentworthville rugby league club with whom he has been affiliated with for five years. He has an interest in sports injuries, particularly knee reconstructive surgery.
His current role within the Foundation is Player Welfare and Injury assessment.
Andrew De Celis
Director
Andrew is one of Chad’s childhood friends and teammate from a very young age.
A former accomplished corporate lawyer at law firm Gilbert + Tobin, he is able to advise the Foundation on our legal rights and duties, including the duties and
responsibilities of the Directors.
In his last role as General Counsel for Finance & Strategy in Sydney for one of Australia’s most well-known brands, Telstra.
General Counsel with a demonstrated history as a people and project leader. Skilled in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Venture Capital, Corporate Law, Communications Law, and Financial Transactions. Strong commercial acumen,
business judgment and people leadership. An agile learner with loads of energy, curiosity and enthusiasm.
His current role within the Foundation is Corporate Law.


Lisa Walker
Director
Lisa is a very success Marketing Consultant. A Multi-brand specialist with over 20 Years of experience in the industry providing marketing expertise to her considerable client list. Tracking sales & feedback and adjusting marketing strategies as necessary.
A Former National Marketing and Events Manager with Suncorp, Vero Insurance, and GIO workers compensation. Lisa brings her vast knowledge, expertise, and aptitude in setting up and running specialised campaigns and events to the Foundation.
Her current role within the Foundation is Marketing and Events.

Tilda Khoshaba
Vice Chairperson
Tilda is a Managing Partner in Sports Wellbeing International: an elite athlete wellbeing consultancy. Prior to this, Tilda’s work in professional sport, both domestically and internationally focussed on areas of elite athlete wellbeing as well as athlete representation relating to matters affecting an athlete’s employment.
She is highly experienced in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Organisational Psychology, and holds a Masters (Honours) and PhD from the University of Sydney.
She has worked in both Private and Public Sector roles and has been an academic lecturing at the University of Sydney, Western Sydney University and the Australian Catholic University. She has numerous international publications and has presented at both domestic and international conferences in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
Her role is to assist our Chairperson with day to day requirements for the Foundation.
Luke Goodwin
Secretary
Luke is a former Professional Rugby League player who played in the NRL & UK Super-league. He is a very Proud Indigenous Maori person, having represented Aotearoa Māori in the 2000 World Cup and also went onto be Head Coach of the Aotearoa Māori in 2008.
Since retiring he has held a number of coaching position but has successfully moved into the administration side of Rugby League. Luke is currently doing his Cert IV in Elite Athlete Well-being Management and he currently works hard behind the scenes coordinating team events, managing the day-to-day logistics and operations of Professional Teams.
Coming from a strong rugby league background, Luke is the son of rugby legend, 'Lord Ted' Goodwin who was the first Maori to represented Australia. He is also the elder brother of fellow NRL players, Bronx, and Bryson. Luke also lost a Brother, Leon, to Suicide.
His current role within the Foundation is all administration
and logistics.
